Suitality lists hand wash, lotions, toiletries and amenity kit components from independent European suppliers. You can order standard quantities online or send a quote request for a fleet.
Individually packed refreshing towels can be served at cabin temperature or chilled, and they leave no wet linen to bring back. They are listed in the Oshibori towels department.
Send a quote request with the number of kits, the components and your artwork. Suppliers who offer custom packaging or branding reply by email with prices and lead time.
Each supplier delivers across Europe from its own warehouse. Give the FBO or handling agent address and contact, and ask the supplier to confirm delivery there.
There is no site-wide minimum. Each supplier sets its own minimum order amount in euros, a minimum quantity per product, or both, shown on the product page.
Yes, trade prices on Suitality are shown excl. VAT.
Count towels per passenger per sector, usually at boarding and after the meal, and multiply by your monthly sectors and average passengers. Add a reserve and round up to the supplier's pack size.

This page is for private aviation buyers: cabin crew and flight attendants on business jets, charter operators, aircraft management companies, and the teams who run FBOs and VIP terminals. It gathers the departments of Suitality that match a private jet cabin and a ground lounge, from amenity kit components and lavatory supplies to individually packed refreshing towels, VIP tableware and service trays.
Suitality is a B2B marketplace where independent European suppliers list their hospitality OS&E. Trade prices are shown excl. VAT, and each product page gives the pack size, the price per unit and the supplier's minimum order. Standard quantities can be ordered online and paid at checkout. For a fleet, branded amenity kits or custom packaging, one quote request goes to several suppliers, who reply by email with prices, lead time and delivery terms. Each supplier delivers across Europe from its own warehouse, so you can give the address of an FBO, a hangar or your handling agent.
Suitality brings together independent European suppliers of hospitality OS&E, the operating supplies and equipment used in hotels, restaurants and spas. Much of that range works in a business jet cabin and in the lounge of an FBO: lavatory amenities, amenity kit components, refreshing towels, tableware and service trays. Crew and buyers can compare several suppliers in one place, with the pack size, price per unit and minimum order shown on each product page.
Standard quantities are ordered online at trade prices shown excl. VAT and paid at checkout. For a fleet, a new aircraft entering service or branded kits, one quote request goes to several suppliers, who each reply by email with prices, lead time and delivery terms.
Cabin consumables on a private jet are planned per passenger and per sector, then held as a stock at base or at the FBO the aircraft uses most. Charter operators and management companies usually fix a standard list per aircraft type so that every cabin is set up the same way.
Start from the seating capacity, the average number of sectors per month and the share of long or overnight flights. Short sectors need towels, tissues and lavatory supplies. Long sectors add amenity kits, pillows and slippers. Multiply by passengers and sectors, compare the units per pack on each product page, and round up to whole packs or cartons when the supplier counts its minimum that way.
Galley and cabin stowage on a business jet is small, and every item adds weight. Choose compact, light formats: individually packed towels, small bottles sized for one or two flights, and kits that pack flat. Keep the main stock on the ground and load only what the next sectors need.
If your operator or your owner requires specific documentation for items placed in the cabin, such as material data or safety data sheets for liquids, list it in the quote request and ask the supplier before ordering.
The amenities and personal care department covers the lavatory and the passenger toiletries. In a small lavatory, a hand wash and a hand lotion are the core: browse hand wash and lotions and soap bars. Wipes and tissue boxes complete the set. Check that bottles close firmly and stay upright in their holder during taxi and turbulence.
For aircraft with a shower or a larger washroom, add shampoos and conditioners and body wash and lotions, plus towels and bath linen sized for the space.
An inflight amenity kit on a private jet is usually built for long or overnight sectors. You can buy the components separately on Suitality and assemble kits at base, or send a quote request for finished kits with your branding.
When you ask for branded kits, give the number of kits per year, the components, the branding you want and whether each aircraft owner has different artwork. Suppliers reply with prices and lead time, which helps you plan reorders well before stock runs out.
A towel at boarding and after the meal is a standard part of private jet service. Hot towels in a towel warmer need power, space and laundry after every flight. Oshibori towels are individually packed refreshing towels that can be served at cabin temperature or chilled, and they leave no wet linen to bring back. If you want to serve them warm, ask the supplier whether the product suits it.
The Oshibori Concept supplier page lists its range of refreshing towels. Check the towel size, the fragrance and the pack size, and keep a reserve at base sized for your monthly sectors.
Tableware for a private jet cabin has to look right on a small table, weigh little and stand up to frequent handling in the galley and at the caterer.
The cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils department lists service ranges from several suppliers, including the cutlery maker Amefa. Plan sets by seats, plus spares for breakage and for sets that stay with the caterer. Buying a single line across the fleet keeps cabins consistent and makes replacement easier.
Hospitality trays and F&B buckets and trays cover cabin service and champagne service. For hot drinks, look at cups and mugs and coffee and tea. Inflight caterers and crew who prepare food on the ground can use F&B packaging and kits for meals loaded on board.
For long flights and aircraft with a bed configuration, keep pillows and, where the cabin converts to a bed, duvets sized for the berth. Measure the seat or berth before ordering and check the dimensions on the product page. Store spare bedding at base and rotate it for cleaning between flights.
FBOs and VIP terminals buy like a small hotel lounge. Passenger lounges need coffee and tea, kettles or small appliances, and trays for service. Washrooms need soap holders and dispensers, bulk refill amenities, hand dryers and bins. Crew rest areas use charging solutions and simple furniture. HD Fragrances lists scent diffusion for lounges.
Operators with several aircraft save time by writing one cabin list per aircraft type. The list names each item, the quantity loaded per sector, the quantity held on board as a reserve and the quantity kept at base. Crew then restock against the list after each trip instead of judging by eye.
Group the list by area: cabin, galley and lavatory. In the cabin, count towels, tissues, pillows and amenity kits. In the galley, count cutlery, crockery, cups, trays and hot drink supplies. In the lavatory, count hand wash, lotion, tissues and wipes. Add a line for items the owner or charter client asks for by name, so the request is not lost between crews.
Aircraft management companies often run aircraft for owners with different tastes. Keep a short preference sheet per aircraft: the fragrance of the hand wash, the towel served at boarding, the tableware line and any branding on kits. When you send a quote request for one owner, attach that sheet so suppliers price the right items.
Set a reorder point for each consumable at base, based on the monthly sectors of the aircraft that draw on that stock and the lead time the supplier confirmed. When stock falls to that level, order the next batch. Supplier lead times differ, so keep the supplier's reply with the item on your list.
Check shelf life on liquids and on packed towels before ordering a large volume, and rotate stock so the oldest items leave first. For items you buy from several suppliers, record the pack size of each, because the same item can come in different units per pack.
Each supplier delivers across Europe from its own warehouse. Supplies for an aircraft usually reach it through the FBO or the handling agent, so check with them how goods must be addressed and labelled before you order.
A precise quote request gets replies you can compare. Include the aircraft types and number of aircraft, the products and quantities in units, the branding or custom packaging you want, the delivery address and the date you need the goods. Quote requests suit fleet volumes, branded amenity kits, several delivery points and heavy or bulky lounge equipment.
A free trade account gives access to ordering. There is no site-wide minimum: each supplier sets its own, either a minimum order amount in euros per order, a minimum quantity per product in units, packs or cartons, or both. Suitality BV receives the payment at checkout and the order is split by supplier. The FAQ answers common account and ordering questions, and the venues page lists other sectors, such as yachts and hotels.
