Hospitality supplies by venue type

Suitality is a B2B marketplace for hospitality supplies and operating equipment. Hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars, spas, yachts, private aviation, event caterers and pre-opening teams buy here from independent European suppliers, each delivering across Europe from its own warehouse. This page is the starting point: choose your venue type to reach a dedicated page with a buying guide, a checklist and the departments that sector uses most.

Prices are trade prices excl. VAT. Every product page shows the pack size, the price per unit and the supplier's minimum order, and the lead time, carton and pallet data when the supplier gives them. Standard quantities are ordered and paid online, with one basket split by supplier. Larger volumes, several properties, branding or full room and cabin packages go through one quote request, sent to several suppliers who each reply by email.

A hospitality supplies marketplace for European venues

Suitality brings together independent European suppliers of operating supplies and equipment, so that a venue can buy across departments on one site. Each supplier lists its own products, sets its own minimums and ships from its own warehouse. Buyers see trade prices excl. VAT, pack sizes and prices per unit before ordering.

Every venue draws on the same departments, in different proportions and to different specifications. A hotel buys guest room equipment by the hundred, while a yacht buys a few pieces per cabin to a higher finish and with storage onboard in mind. The sections below describe what each venue type usually buys and how to size an order, and each one links to a dedicated page with a full buying guide for that sector.

Departments are shared across venues, so a spa can buy from the bathroom department and a yacht from the F&B department. Use the sector pages for advice and the department collections for the full range.

Hotel supplies for hotels and resorts

Hotels and resorts buy OS&E in volume and to a standard that has to hold across every room. The main departments are guest room equipment, bedding and bathroom amenities, with housekeeping and F&B alongside. The hotel supplies page covers each of them with buying advice for purchasing teams, housekeeping managers and general managers.

Start with the hotel room department for kettles, hangers, safes, luggage racks and mini-bars. Then move to bedding and linen for duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and protectors. Amenities and personal care lists shampoos, body wash, soap bars and guest kits in individual and bulk formats. Bathroom equipment such as hair dryers and mirrors sits in its own department.

Quantities follow the room count, plus a housekeeping reserve for rotation, laundry cycles and replacement. Check the pack size and the supplier's minimum on each product page. When you equip several properties, want branded amenities or need a full room package, a quote request to several suppliers gives you comparable prices and lead times in one round. Include the room count, the room types and the delivery address of each property.

Restaurant and bar supplies

Restaurants, bars, hotel F&B outlets and room service teams buy equipment that is handled and washed many times a day. The restaurant and bar supplies page explains how to size cutlery, crockery and service items by covers, and what to check in specifications before ordering.

The cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils collection covers plates, bowls, cutlery and serving pieces. Bars and terraces use the F&B buckets and trays collection for ice buckets and service trays. Dining rooms and terraces furnish from hotel and restaurant tables.

Buy one cutlery and crockery pattern in enough depth to replace losses from stock, and confirm with the supplier that the pattern remains available for reorders. Check dishwasher suitability and stackability for every piece. For table service, plan a reserve above your maximum covers to allow for breakage and items still in the wash during service. For bars, match ice bucket capacity to the bottle formats on your list and check that trays have a non-slip surface.

Spa and wellness supplies

Spas, wellness centres and hotel spa departments buy textiles and amenities that guests handle directly, often in treatment rooms, changing areas and relaxation lounges. The spa and wellness supplies page covers towels, robes, slippers, amenities and refill systems in detail.

Textiles come first. The towels and bath linen collection covers towels and bath linen, and hotel slippers covers single-use and reusable slippers for changing rooms. For showers and treatment rooms, amenities bulk refill lists large formats for dispensers.

Size towel stock on treatment rooms, daily visits and laundry turnaround, since towels in the laundry are not available to guests. EU rules on single-use plastics have pushed many venues from miniatures to refills and dispensers, so check dispenser compatibility before choosing a refill format. Ask the supplier for weight and composition when the product page does not show them. For slippers, keep a stock of each size, since single-use pairs leave with the guest and are not laundered.

Yacht interior supplies

Superyachts and charter yachts buy interior supplies for guest cabins, crew quarters and the galley, usually through the chief stewardess, the purser or the interior crew. The yacht interior supplies page covers what to stock for a season and how to plan deliveries to a shipyard or an agent.

Guest areas often draw on the luxury collection for higher finish items. Cabin bedding comes from duvets and the wider bedding department, sized to each berth. Guest bathrooms use toiletries and amenity kits.

Storage onboard is the limit, so compare carton dimensions with locker space and order quantities that cover the season without crowding the lazarette. Give the delivery point, the vessel name and the date the yacht leaves port in your quote request, so suppliers can confirm delivery before departure. For a refit or a new charter season, list each cabin separately with its berth sizes, so bedding and textiles arrive in the right dimensions.

Private jet cabin supplies

Private aviation operators, charter companies and cabin crew buy compact, light items for galley and cabin service, often delivered through an FBO or a handling agent. The private jet cabin supplies page covers amenity kits, towels, trays and galley items.

Individually packed refreshing towels from the oshibori towels collection suit cabin service before meals and at landing. Dental kits and other toiletries make up overnight amenity kits, and hospitality trays cover meal and drinks service in the cabin.

Weight and volume matter on every flight, so check the unit weight and packed dimensions on each product page. Keep a standard galley and cabin list per aircraft type, and reorder against it after each rotation. For several aircraft, a quote request lets suppliers price a full stock in one reply. State the delivery point, such as the FBO or the handling agent, and the date the aircraft needs the stock onboard.

Event and catering supplies

Event caterers, hotel banqueting teams, wedding venues and conference centres buy equipment that travels, stacks and serves large guest numbers in short time slots. The event catering supplies page covers buffet equipment, trays and ice buckets, packaging and event tables.

The F&B services and equipment department holds buffet and service equipment, cutlery and crockery. For boxed lunches, takeaway and grab and go points, see F&B packaging and kits. For receptions and buffets, tables lists dining, buffet and cocktail tables.

Plan quantities by event format and maximum covers, then order against the event with the most covers. Check whether furniture folds or stacks and whether service equipment nests for transport. Packaging should match the venue's waste arrangements, so check material composition and end of life information with the supplier. For dated events, give the deadline in the quote request so suppliers can confirm they can deliver in time.

Pre-opening OS&E

Pre-opening teams and OS&E procurement firms source a complete operating package for a new hotel, restaurant or resort, separate from the FF&E fitted by the design team. The pre-opening OS&E page explains how to build the OS&E list, schedule orders against the opening date and compare suppliers.

A pre-opening package touches every department. Back of house teams need housekeeping carts and trolleys, rooms and pantries need small appliances, and public areas draw on furniture and lighting, alongside the guest room, bathroom, bedding and F&B departments.

Work back from the opening date. Group the list by supplier, check lead times on product pages or ask for them, and leave time for delivery, unpacking and setup before the first guests arrive. One quote request can go to several suppliers at once, which suits a full package with many lines. Send the list in the format you use internally, with product references, quantities per area and the delivery address of the site.

How buying works for every venue

A trade account is free. Standard quantities are added to one basket, even across several suppliers, and paid at checkout. Suitality BV receives the payment and the order is split by supplier, each of which ships from its own warehouse across Europe.

There is no site-wide minimum. Each supplier sets its own minimum order amount in euros, a minimum quantity per product counted in units, packs or cartons, or both. Volumes, several properties, custom packaging or branding, full room or cabin packages and heavy or bulky items go through a quote request: each supplier replies by email with prices, lead time and delivery.

Before placing an order, check the pack size, the price per unit and the supplier's minimum on each product page. When the supplier gives them, the lead time and the carton and pallet data help you plan storage and delivery. Answers to common questions are in the FAQ, and suppliers who want to list their range can apply through the supplier portal.
