Made by hand in small copper cauldrons from whole fresh apricots, 63% organic apricots harvested from May to August in the south of France, cooked slowly in small batches. Sweetened with organic cane sugar only, with no additives or preservatives, for a rich, thick texture and an intense taste.

Kosher certified.
